"Great Moving Experience, Kate I used Werner Donaldson for my recent move to North Carolina from Tampa. It was my first interstate move and I was little bid apprehensive. I did internet research in advance and asked people around about reputable movers. Among over a dozen of movers, I decided to choose Werner Donaldson and my experience with this company was excellent. My estimater gave me the moving cost based on the weight at the initial walk through inspection before I even started packing. Amazingly his estimate was accurate. The price was guaranteed at the time I signed the agreement, and therefore, it was not necessary to worry about hidden fees and costs after the completion of moving. . . The driver and his assistant arrived at both locations on time and they were very professional. They handled my furniture and belongings, including a ground piano, as if they were handling their own. They carefully added padding and used a plenty of duct tape for protection. You cannot expect anyone to do better than them. During the process, Garner called me to confirm if everything was OK. The company's quality assurance, and communication system are effectively implemented to satisfy customers. Additionally, at the new location, I had great pleasure working with the driver, Kenneth and his assistant. I have never seen someone work as hard or diligent as they did. While I was out for glossary shopping for a brief period of time, almost all of my furniture, piano, and boxes were unloaded and reassembled. After they left, I noticed that all of my table lamps were plugged in so that I did not need to look for electric outlets. I really appreciate their courtesy. Werner and Donaldson made my first interstate relocation enjoyable and less stressful. Thanks, Kenneth, Susan, and Garner. I will recommend their service to my friends and family and will definitely use them myself in the future."

"These guys are AWESOME... My wife and I found a place we loved and needed to move fast, so time was against us. We called Werner Donaldson on a thursday, by friday they had an estimator at our place giving us a GUARANTEED price, and by Tuesday morning 8AM they had the movers there ready to go! Kenny & Mike were our movers and these guys were superhuman they were ex-military and were in better shape than most professional athletes! We moved from a 2nd floor unit to a 3rd floor unit and during the WHOLE move (which took around 5 1/2 hours) they took ONE break that lasted 2 minutes!!!! They could not have been more professional and respectful if they had tried. They took excellent care of all of our belongs... they ran rug runners and even padded our doors frames as to not cause damage to the door jams. We were SOO impressed that we couldn't help but buy them lunch and tip them. The whole move couldn't have been more stress free we were shocked. As I am writing this my wife has just unloaded the last box and NOT ONE THING WAS DAMAGED!!!! CUDOS GENTLEMEN!!! You will be our first call EVERY time. "From the initial walk through to final clean up, it was complete professionalism and manners all the way...not just from Garner but his crew as well. I finally asked them to stop saying yes ma'am, b/c I'm too young for ma'am, and manners like this don't come from "moving" companies. We also had changes, last minute pick- ups, to ooh ya, we forgot to add this, not once, but every single time I heard "No Problem". We are talking pickups from 4 different locations, and it was always, "No Problem" If you are truly looking for a "Professional" moving company for the "Right" price, you would be crazy not to give Werner Donaldson a try. "You have a great staff who did an exemplary job on our move. We needed to move over the 2009 MLK Holiday weekend since our organization was closed in deference to Dr. King. We needed to maintain our staff's productivity and could not allow "down time" since our administrative offices that you moved, are a crucial support for the staff at our 44 child care centers and the more than 3500 children we serve on a daily basis. As would happen, the office and module supplier was unable to complete his task in a timely manner, causing us to ask you to delay unloading at our new location.
